Next Generation Nations Corporation

Why Next Generation Nations (NGN) exists?

NGN exists because current global issues are a burden on the future generations.  So, our mission is to educate and engage the next generation for leadership in solving global issues.

Our grand vision is to empower the next generation to solve problems affecting the progress of societies around the world by year 2120.

 What’s up with year 2120?

Looking at year 2018 global issues, we believe it may take 2 to 3 future generations or estimated 100 plus years to eradicate and solve some (not all) global issues. No one has a crystal ball on how world will be from a hundred years from now. Solving current (2018) global issues are above and beyond a single nation or an institute. We believe one of the ways to solve global issues is to provide continue education to the next generation on current and future global issues and challenges.

What is NGN 2120 Goals?

NGN 2120 goals aka Next Generation Nations 2120 goals are multidimensional, set for the next generation to eradicate issues around the world that affect humanity and the planet earth in next 100 years. These are not Next Generation Nations Corporation goals. Our corporation goal or mission to educate and engage the next generation for leadership in solving global issues.

Copyright Management on your contents

What is Copyright?

According to Copyright.gov, copyright is a form of protection grounded in the U.S. Constitution and granted by law for original works of authorship fixed in a tangible medium of expression. Copyright covers both published and unpublished works.

In most countries when anyone creates an original work, they automatically own copyright to the work. So, copyright owners have exclusive rights to use and give permission to use the work.  According to Wikipedia, Copyright infringement is the use of works protected by copyright law without permission, infringing certain exclusive rights granted to the copyright holder, such as the right to reproduce, distribute, display or perform the protected work, or to make derivative works. The copyright holder is typically the work's creator, or a publisher or other business to whom copyright has been assigned. Copyright holders routinely invoke legal and technological measures to prevent and penalize copyright infringement.

According to Wikipedia, Copyright infringement disputes are usually resolved through direct negotiation, a notice and take down process, or litigation in civil court. Egregious or large-scale commercial infringement, especially when it involves counterfeiting, is sometimes prosecuted via the criminal justice system. Shifting public expectations, advances in digital technology, and the increasing reach of the Internet have led to such widespread, anonymous infringement that copyright-dependent industries now focus less on pursuing individuals who seek and share copyright-protected content online, and more on expanding copyright law to recognize and penalize, as indirect infringers, the service providers and software distributors who are said to facilitate and encourage individual acts of infringement by others. if found guilty of copyright infringement, someone can receive files up to $150,000 per work infringed in the U.S.
